Rock Bottom Restaurant and Gold-Medal Tap

This marks the first Rock Bottom Gold Medal Tap location under a franchise license agreement with Colorado-based Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc.. Cutchall Management Company is a veteran multi-unit restaurant firm that operates 36 restaurants in five states. The new restaurant, Rock Bottom Gold Medal Tap, will focus on craft beers from Rock Bottom’s proprietary lineup and microbrewers around the United States. The new “polished casual” concept will made it's debut Monday, Nov 16, 2009 in the Old Market Section of Downtown Omaha, Neb.

Rock Bottom Gold Medal Tap features a lineup of 11 handcrafted beers, shipped from Rock Bottom Breweries around the U.S., that have won gold medals at the top beer festivals in the United States. In addition they offer premium national and local craft beers on-tap and in bottles, a varied selection of infused spirits, craft cocktails, boat drinks and fine wines-by-the-glass.

On the dining side, Rock Bottom Gold Medal Tap offers a diverse menu featuring on-trend house specialties such as “Firecracker” shrimp, flatbreads, classic mac n’ cheese, build-your-own burgers, roasted chicken, steaks, seafood and a weekend prime rib special, all served up in a polished casual atmosphere.
