Greg Cutchall Inducted into the Omaha Hospitality Hall of Fame

Greg Cutchall began his life in the restaurant industry in 1981 at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Omaha, NE. Greg spent his early career working long and hard as manager, catering manager, marketing director and eventually Vice President. By 1986 he had become President/CEO and 20% owner of the 12-location franchise. In 1989 Greg began Cutchall Management Company and over the next 25 years he would open over 100 restaurant concepts. Greg also expanded his business to vending and catering contracts across the Omaha Metro Area, some of those venues include Century Link, TD Ameritrade, and Mid America Center to name a few. Currently Greg owns and operates 44 restaurants in 5 states under 8 different brands. He has received numerous industry awards over the years. Greg is the 2019 Chairman of the Multi Unit Franchise Conference in Las Vegas.

Sold out of Kentucky Fried Chicken in 1989 and started Cutchall Management Company with one Julio’s in Lincoln followed by over 100 restaurants opened or acquired over the next 25 years
Founder of the following hospitality concepts: The Exchange, Bum Steer Steaks, Rib Ranch, Cat Daddy’s, Burger Star, Big Cheese, and Progressive Park
Co-founder of: Kith & Kin Southern Kitchen, Omaha Design Center, and Salty Senorita in Scottsdale
Franchisee of: KFC (14), Sonic (12), Famous Dave’s (17), Paradise Bakery (10), Tin Stars (4), Rock Bottom (1), Lolo’s Chicken & Waffles (3), Egg & I (4), First Watch (5), Domino’s (12), Twin Peaks (2) and Julio’s (3)
Owner of Jams American Grill (2), named one of the 10 best restaurants in 2015, 3 Cheers Neighborhood Bar & Grill and Austin’s Steakhouse
Vending or catering contracts to include: Century Link, TD Ameritrade, Ralston Arena, Stir Concert Cove, Mid America Center and Pinnacle Bank PGA Golf Tournament

He and his wife Molly have been married for 19 years, children; Chase, Cory, and Cydney, 4 grandchildren; Colt, Cameron, Carson and Cierra.
