Greg Cutchall President CEO and owner began his restaurant career in 1971 as an assistant manager with KFC while attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Cutchall developed a catering program that was adopted nationally by KFC and consulted for KFC Corporation and franchisees around the country and was invited to speak to the National Restaurant Association in Washington DC.
Cutchall rose through the ranks at KFC Omaha as General Manager, Director of Catering, Director Of Marketing, Senior Vice President and in 1986 organized a leveraged buyout of the twelve Omaha KFC’s and served as President and CEO until 1989 when he left to form Cutchall Management Company.
Starting with one restaurant in Lincoln Nebraska in 1989, Cutchall opened, developed and acquired over 70 restaurants in the following years including Julio’s, Popeye’s, 3 Cheers, Progressive Park, Bum Steer, The Exchange, Rib Ranch, Sonic, Famous Dave’s BBQ, Paradise Bakery & Cafe, Tin Star, Rock Bottom, Twin Peaks, Domino's Pizza, Burger Star. Cat Daddy’s Catfish Kitchen, Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles, First Watch, Salty Senorita, Egg & I and the Omaha Design Center. Cutchall Management Co. was one of only three companies that made Inc. 500’s fastest growing companies 4 years in a row and named to Top 10 Omaha Employer’s in 2009. Today, Cutchall Management Company owns and operates nine different concepts with 48 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Utah and Texas.
